As I look back on our just ended October Zoom Teaching Program, I can’t help but feel deeply grateful and proud of what we’ve accomplished together. This past month has been nothing short of inspiring.

Our October Zoom Teachers showed up with such passion, creativity, and dedication turning ordinary online lessons into moments of joy, discovery, and connection. Week after week, they engaged our SmartKids scholars with fun, interactive lessons that didn’t just teach, they inspired. From English and Critical thinking & Problem-solving  to Technology literacy and Health Literacy, every class was filled with energy and purpose.

What touched me most was how our teachers went beyond teaching. They connected with the scholars on a personal level, encouraged them to speak up, dream big, and believe in themselves. Even though thousands of miles apart, the bond between teachers and scholars was real and it showed in every smile and every  moment.

I also want to sincerely thank each of our teachers who supported the fundraising side of the program. Your contributions are what keep this work going helping us provide internet access, learning supplies, and the resources that make these lessons possible. Because of your generosity, we are able to reach more schools, more classrooms, and more young minds across Ghana.

To our amazing October team, thank you. You’ve left a mark that will last long after the sessions have ended. You’ve not only taught lessons; you’ve planted seeds of confidence and hope.
