What an electrifying Saturday it was at Amoam Achiase Primary School. The March Zoom teaching program officially kicked off, and the excitement was palpable both on the ground and online. From the very first moment, it was clear that this session was going to be something special.
The lesson began promptly at 11:00 AM EST and lasted for an hour. Within that single hour, an incredible amount of learning, laughter, and engagement took place. Scholars were actively participating, asking thoughtful questions, and showing off their creativity, while our dedicated Zoom teachers Matthew, Julie and Mary navigated the online platform seamlessly to make every moment interactive and meaningful.
After the lesson, the fun didn’t stop. We held an interview session with our amazing Ghanaian student ambassadors who volunteered their time that Saturday. Their energy, insights, and enthusiasm were contagious. A huge shoutout goes to Pearl, Celestine, and Armstrong for their commitment and for helping to bridge the gap between in-person learning and the Zoom teaching experience. Their presence truly made the day even more memorable for the scholars.

It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do, bringing learning opportunities to children in ways that are engaging, inclusive, and exciting. The March cohort’s kickoff at Amoam Achiase Primary School was a perfect blend of education, fun, and community spirit, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the month holds.

Stay tuned as we continue to bring transformative learning experiences to scholars across Ghana.
