Dr. Adom is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, professor and accomplished research professional with over 15 years of experience spanning acute care, sub-acute care, clinical research, and the pharmaceutical industry. Inspired by her childhood experiences as a frequent patient, she developed a lifelong passion for compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care. Throughout her clinical career, she has consistently integrated research and best practices to improve health outcomes across diverse healthcare settings while maintaining a strong focus on empathy and quality.
