June 2025 Student Ambassadors' Trip Application

From June 28th to July 4th, 2025, embark on a life-changing journey with SmartKids Ghana as a Student Ambassador! This is your chance to implement your created lesson, teach, inspire, and explore while making a real impact through technology and education. A fee of $1,400 (excluding flight fare) includes a 6-day stay in a luxury apartment, complete with breakfast, lunch, and dinner/restaurant visits. The fee also includes comfortable AC transportation and five historic site trips, along with sightseeing and educational excursions.

Flight Fare: Estimated between $1,500 – $3,000 (Choose between Economy/First Class). Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in Ghana’s rich culture while shaping the future of young learners.

A Parent-Ambassador Info Session will be held on Zoom on Saturday, March 22nd at 8:00 PM, where parents and applicants will receive important trip details.

Implement Your Lesson

You will implement a culturally competent lesson you designed with our Curriculum Building Team before arriving in Ghana. Whether teaching STEM, literacy, arts, or leadership, you’ll engage students through interactive learning. This experience will help you adapt, lead, and connect across cultures while making a real impact.

Teach In Ghana Clasroom

On this trip, you’ll teach and inspire students in Ghana, leading interactive lessons in STEM, literacy, arts, or leadership. You’ll gain valuable teaching experience, develop leadership skills, and make a lasting impact on young learnera

Visit Historic Sites

On this trip, you’ll explore Ghana’s rich history through visits to iconic sites like the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, Elmina Castle, Cape Coast Castle,  and Independence Arch. Walk through the corridors of history at slave castles, learn about Ghana’s fight for independence, and immerse yourself in the stories that shaped the nation and Black History. These experiences will deepen your cultural awareness and global perspective, connecting you to Ghana’s past and present in a powerful way.
