This summer, Smart Kids Ghana invites you to join us as a Zoom Teacher, helping deliver engaging education to children in under served communities all from your home.

We ask zoom teachers volunteers to support our mission with a one-time fundraising goal of $250, contributing to our team goal of $3,750.

Join us to:

📅 Program Details:

Duration: July 5 – July 26, 2025

Schedule: Fridays |11:00 AM EST | 3:00 PM GMT  Saturdays  |9:00 AM EST |1:00 PM GMT  | 11:00 AM EST |3:00 PM GMT

  • Prep Sessions: June  20th 2025 – for orientation and lesson planning

  • Location: Virtual (Zoom)

 

Where Your Support Goes:

Your contributions directly fund essential infrastructure that powers our virtual classrooms, including:

  • 🏫 Operational Budget (July)   $858.33 — Covers daily program logistics, supplies, and tech support.

  • 🌍 Starlink Internet Setup $833.33 — Includes device purchase, installation, and high-speed data access.

  • ⚡ Generator + Fuel (July) $791.67 — Ensures reliable power during Zoom sessions.

  • 👩🏽‍🏫 Staff Salaries  $1,266.67 — Supports dedicated local teachers and coordinators on the ground.

✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Teach and mentor children in Ghana through engaging zoom virtual lessons

  • Deliver classes on topics such as first aid, technology, language, health literacy, and more

  • Collaborate with fellow ambassadors in structured cohorts

  • Participate in cultural exchange and gain valuable cross-cultural teaching experience
