Founder & Director of Curriculum
As a certified child advocate and MEDscience teacher at Harvard Medical School, the vision of Smart Kids Ghana was birthed out my passion for education equity & excellence. As a facilitator of critical thinking, I noticed a struggle among a great number of the Ghanaian students we taught. I aimed to create strategic curriculums that would boost critical thinking and equip students with problem-solving skills, resulting in ingenuity, innovation and excellence.

Program Director & Managing Instructor
I’m Bismark, a program Director for SmartKids Ghana. I’m fueled by my passion for understanding nature of students and granting them with intellectual needs which is within my Jurisdiction. I facilitate the process of building curriculum for education institutions. My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to Pursuing Educational psychology at the University of Capecoast Ghana. I’m super dedicated to executing of our flagship programs ie Critical thinking skills and Problem Solving Skills, technology literacy and health literacy.
Esther Amissah

I am Esther Amissah, a passionate educator and proud lead teacher at SmartKids Ghana. With a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students who are disadvantaged in some academic areas like technology literacy, critical thinking & problem-solving, and health literacy. I have dedicated my career to providing high-quality education to those who need it. As a lead teacher, I have the opportunity to empower young minds to grow, through innovative teaching methods and guidance. At SmartKids Ghana, we believe in the potential of every child; that’s why I strive to unlock the full potential of each student. Finance & Donor Relations Associate
As the Finance and Donor Relations Associate at SmartKids Ghana, my work is rooted in a deep passion for educational equity and sustainable impact. With every grant application submitted and donor relationship nurtured, I am reminded that behind every transaction is a child with untapped brilliance and limitless potential. I was drawn to SmartKids Ghana because I believe that strategic funding and thoughtful donor engagement are powerful tools for transformation. In this role, I aim to build a solid foundation of financial stewardship and trust that not only sustains our mission but expands it—so more children can access the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive, innovate, and lead.
