We are excited to welcome Ella Namiranian as a Zoom teacher with SmartKids Ghana. Ella is deeply committed to making education more accessible and impactful, and she brings valuable experience from both peer tutoring at her school and her work with School on Wheels, a program that supports underprivileged students in the Massachusetts area.

Through these experiences, Ella has not only sharpened her teaching and communication skills but has also developed a genuine passion for helping students unlock their potential. She is confident using Zoom and similar platforms, and her past tutoring work has equipped her with the ability to keep students engaged, explain concepts clearly, and create an encouraging learning environment.

Ella’s motivation to join SmartKids Ghana comes from a powerful moment of realization. When a friend welcomed a student from Ghana into her home, Ella saw firsthand how bright and capable underprivileged scholars are and how much farther they could go with the right resources and support. This inspired her to take action.
