At SmartKids Ghana, we are excited to welcome Rajasree Roy as part of our growing community of Zoom teachers. Rajasree’s passion for education shines through in her belief that learning should be accessible to everyone, no matter where they are in the world. By joining our Zoom Teaching Program, she hopes to inspire children in Ghana to build confidence in their studies and reach their full potential.
Rajasree brings with her a strong background in tutoring and online learning. She has honed the ability to explain concepts clearly, keep students engaged, and adapt to virtual platforms skills that are vital for impactful teaching on Zoom.
Her experience with online school and e-learning courses has helped her grow comfortable in presenting and communicating in virtual settings. She is confident using platforms like Zoom to explain ideas, share materials, and interact with learners in an organized and engaging way.
Beyond her personal learning journey, Rajasree has also dedicated time to supporting younger learners. She volunteered at her uncle’s tutoring service, where she worked with elementary and middle school students. From explaining math and science concepts to guiding students through practice problems and strengthening reading comprehension, Rajasree made a difference in their academic progress. She also supported her younger cousins with homework and test preparation, demonstrating her patience and commitment to education.
In addition to teaching, Rajasree is also fundraising for laptops to support our scholars. By helping provide the tools they need for digital learning, she is ensuring that SmartKids Ghana scholars have greater access to knowledge and opportunities.
Rajasree is eager to bring this same dedication to SmartKids Ghana, where her role as a Zoom teacher and fundraiser will not only enhance the learning experience for our scholars but also contribute to building a stronger foundation for their future success.
