The Alumni Giving Circle was created to answer that need, providing a formal platform where past ambassadors, interns, and supporters can give back, stay engaged, and continue advancing the mission that first inspired them to serve.
Through the Giving Circle, alumni have the opportunity to contribute financially, mentor current scholars, and play an active role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of SmartKids Ghana.

OBJECTIVE
The Alumni Giving Circle seeks to:
- Establish a sustainable funding mechanism driven by alumni contributions.
- Strengthen alumni engagement and build a global network of former student ambassadors.
- Empower alumni with ownership and voice in shaping SmartKids Ghana’s future.
- Fund critical needs such as internet access, lesson supplies, staff support, student celebrations, building projects, zoom teaching and bus fundraising.
Membership in the Alumni Giving Circle is open to:
- All former SmartKids Ghana student ambassadors and interns.
- Supporters and partners who share a commitment to the organization’s mission may also be invited to join.
Fund Utilization
Funds contributed by the Alumni Giving Circle directly support essential areas, including:
- Internet and technology access for scholars and classrooms.
- Lesson implementation materials — kits and educational supplies.
- Scholars welfare initiatives, such as birthdays and motivational events.
