Teacher Instructor Positions
Teacher Instructor positions at Smart Kids Ghana involve delivering engaging lessons using our innovative pedagogies that emphasize critical thinking and technology literacy. Instructors will work directly with students to foster a love for learning and empower them to achieve their full potential.

How we use your donations
Smart Kids Ghana strategically engages with various educational environments across Ghana. We focus 40% of our efforts on public schools, addressing challenges like limited resources and large class sizes by providing essential 21st-century skills. Another 30% of our work targets private schools, enhancing their curricula with innovative programs. We also collaborate with youth programs (20%) to empower young people with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and we dedicate 10% to summer and vacation programs, ensuring continuous learning during breaks. This approach promotes equitable access to quality education across the country.
