Empowering students with knowledge and practical skills for personal well-being and community care.

Our Health & Environmental Health program engages children (ages 8-17) in hands-on and virtual activities that promote first aid, hygiene, sanitation, nutrition and environmental stewardship. Through real-life scenarios and community projects, students not only learn but apply what they’ve learned to make a difference.

Program Highlights

First Aid & Emergency Response

Students learn how to respond to minor injuries, nosebleeds, burns, insect bites and basic emergency care at home or school.

Environmental Health & Hygiene

Focus on personal hygiene, waste management, clean water practices, preventing vector-borne diseases and keeping their spaces clean and safe.

Emphasis on balanced diet, locally available healthy foods, understanding the impact of junk food, exercise, rest and food safety.
