Zoom Teaching Program Overview

Smart Program Overview

Transforming Learning Through Technology, Health & Innovation.
Our Smart Program brings together five integrated educational tracks which are Health Literacy, English Literacy, Technology Literacy, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, and STEM Science designed to equip children ages 8-17 with essential knowledge, skills and confidence. Through a blend of virtual and hands-on learning, our scholars explore real-world challenges, build meaningful projects and foster 21st-century skills for growth and community impact.

Our Tracks

Health Literacy

Empowering students with the knowledge and practical skills to stay healthy, support wellness, and protect their environment.

English Literacy

Building strong foundations in reading, writing, speaking and listening so children can communicate clearly, think critically and express creatively.

Technology Literacy

Equipping students with the digital tools and skills they need for the modern world—from Google Docs and Sheets to coding and digital citizenship.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

Inspiring young minds to ask questions, collaborate, design solutions and implement projects that matter—both locally and globally.

HOW IT WORKS

Blended Learning Model: Each module is delivered through a hybrid of live virtual sessions and in-person or hands-on activities.

Levels & Progression: Children advance through three levels (Foundation → Intermediate → Advanced) within each track. Across tracks, they build independent learning, collaboration and leadership skills.

Projects that Matter: Every track incorporates real-world, student-led projects. The emphasis is on doing, not just listening but design a community water filter, write and present a healthy living campaign, build an app prototype, or create a digital safety poster.

Digital Portfolio & Assessment: Students document their learning journey in an online portfolio (Google Drive/Google Sites) with reflections, project work, peer feedback and teacher reviews. Progress is assessed through a mix of quizzes, presentations and tangible outcomes.

Teacher/facilitator network: Our dedicated educators bring expertise in health, literacy, ICT, innovation and STEM. They’re trained in virtual delivery, collaborative breakout rooms, low-bandwidth adaptation and culturally responsive pedagogy.

Accessibility & Inclusion: We provide resources in both online and offline formats to accommodate varying connectivity. Low-bandwidth options, printable activity packs and SMS-based reminders make sure students stay engaged regardless of infrastructure.

WHY IT MATTERS

21st-Century Skills: Communication, digital literacy, creativity, critical thinking and collaboration are woven into every activity.

Community Impact: Our Scholars apply their knowledge to real-world challenges such as clean water, sanitation, health, and waste management creating positive change in their communities.

Confidence & Agency: From writing their first story to building a working prototype, students gain confidence in what they can do and how they can make a difference.

Future-Ready: The world is changing fast. Our program ensures that children are not just consumers of knowledge but creators of solutions.
