SmartKids Ghana is delighted to officially welcome Fiona Peltonen as our newest Curriculum Contributor and Lesson Implementation Supplies Fundraiser. Fiona has already shown remarkable dedication to our mission of empowering learners across Ghana through innovative education and equitable access to resources.

Fiona’s journey with SmartKids Ghana began earlier this month, when she enthusiastically joined our Bus Fundraiser campaign. Her efforts helped raise funds toward transportation for our field team making it easier for us to reach and support more partner schools across Ghana. Her initiative, passion, and generosity immediately stood out, and we’re so excited to see her continue her impact in this new role.

As a Curriculum Contributor, Fiona will play a vital role in shaping engaging, creative, and culturally inclusive lesson materials for our scholars. Her work will help ensure that every Zoom session and in-person class inspires curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking.

In addition to her curriculum work, Fiona has also launched a fundraising campaign to support lesson implementation supplies and a new laptop for SmartKids Ghana. These tools are essential for expanding our teaching programs and equipping our students and teachers with the resources they need to succeed.
